Every deck is CNC-cut from 18 mm birch ply in our Texas Hill Country shop the week you order — machined to your exact bed, not pulled from a one-size warehouse shelf. That made-to-order step is the 2–3 weeks, and it's why it drops in with no shims.
What if it doesn't fit?
Guaranteed fit. If your deck doesn't drop in clean, we re-cut it free — plus a 30-day fit guarantee on every order. Confirmed fits today: Tacoma 2016–2023, Colorado/Canyon, and Ranger on 5 ft beds.
How does it install?
It drills in — no welding, no shop. Ships flat-pack with stainless hardware and threaded inserts; most owners bolt it in at home in an afternoon with a drill.
